Challange
Dynamo Mobile needed to eliminate accumulated technical debt and UI inconsistencies across its core mobile ecosystem. The legacy interface relied on outdated visual patterns that slowed down development and created operational friction for users.
Engineering teams faced duplicated layout efforts and frequent visual QA bugs due to the lack of standardized components. Meanwhile, end users struggled with high cognitive load and unpredictable navigation during daily tasks on mobile devices.
Goal
The goal was to establish a modular Design System and restructure the mobile information architecture. We aimed to drastically accelerate time-to-market for new features while unifying the user experience.
We focused on optimizing thumb-zone navigation, streamlining core task flows, and establishing rigid design tokens. The objective was to reduce development handoff friction, eliminate visual bugs, and minimize taps for critical user actions.
Solution
We delivered a scalable mobile Design System paired with an intuitive, task-focused dashboard. The new interface leverages progressive disclosure to keep secondary details hidden until needed, ensuring a clean experience on small screens.
By implementing standardized UI components with real-time validation states, we streamlined input forms and core user journeys. The result is a resilient digital ecosystem that speeds up feature shipping by up to 40% while lowering task error rates.
