Challange
BHField needed to simplify its pre-clearance and clinical service enrollment for families across the U.S. The initial experience relied on fragmented, complex processes that created high cognitive load for users.
Families navigating therapy services frequently experienced confusion due to technical jargon and cumbersome steps. Additionally, internal tools lacked the intuitive design required for healthcare staff to work efficiently.
Goal
The primary objective was to streamline the entire intake journey into a fast, reassuring experience. We also aimed to empower professionals with modern, AI-powered internal tools to scale clinical care.
We focused on reducing friction through clear language, transparent status indicators, and intuitive navigation. The goal was to build a cohesive digital space where both clients and staff could operate seamlessly.
Solution
We redesigned the enrollment portal with an empathetic, mobile-first approach that guides families step by step. We also restructured the internal AI workflow tools to make complex clinical data actionable and clear.
From intake to service onboarding, the new platform minimizes administrative effort for caregivers. The updated interface speeds up staff operations while ensuring transparent, human-centered healthcare delivery.
