Challenge
Banco Nación's commercial teams manage clients on Siebel by Oracle, a CRM used by more than 5,000 executives across the country. Siebel is built from table-based components and tab navigation, with no native way to create visual hierarchy between screens or states.
As a result, many actions repeated screens or loaded views full of information that wasn't needed for the task at hand, making everyday work visually dense and hard to scan.

Goal
My goal was to deliver a cleaner, more accessible and minimalist interface without touching Siebel's core infrastructure, and without hurting findability for thousands of executives who already knew the old system.
At this scale, the real risk wasn't aesthetics but disruption: any change had to feel familiar from day one. So I prioritized visual hierarchy, accessibility and reduced clutter over a radical restructure the platform couldn't support.

Solution
I redesigned the first navigation layers with a more minimalist layout, clearer hierarchy and better accessibility, working as both designer and front-end developer: I built an HTML and CSS library of components and UI adaptations that sits on top of Siebel's native structure.
Before rollout, I ran usability tests with 5 executives to confirm the new design didn't hurt findability, and supported QA and training on the new interface. The result was a modernized experience delivered to 5,000+ users nationwide without changing the underlying system.
