A community that drives the growth of women in Latin America. I served as a mentor and speaker in the +Mujeres LATAM mentoring cycle—a nonprofit initiative designed to empower women through communication, negotiation, and trust-building strategies.
Empowering Women Across LATAM
The +Mujeres LATAM mentoring cycle has the objective of promoting the personal development of the applicants through weekly meetings in which 3 central axes are worked on: trust, communication, and negotiation—the issues that most affect the labor reality of many women who are trying to obtain better opportunities.
Results & Community Growth
I was part of 3 editions of the +Mujeres LATAM cycle that impacted 250+ women across Latin America. My mentoring group achieved an impressive NPS of 4.6 for satisfaction—a remarkable result for a nonprofit organization, demonstrating the genuine value and impact of this community-driven initiative.
In collaboration with my teammates Mari and Nati, we created tailored resources for each topic, designed to empower participants with practical tools and confidence.
