When I mix design, communication and technology

I'm Gigi Patiño, a Senior Product Designer and UX strategist based in Buenos Aires. For 7+ years I've helped teams in fintech, healthtech and B2B SaaS design products that are easier to use and easier to sell, from LusisPro's self-service intake to a CRM used by 5,000+ Banco Nación executives.

I didn't start in design. I started in communication: journalism, radio and the arts. In 2020 I graduated as a Social Communicator and specialized in UX/UI, and that background still shapes how I work: I listen before I sketch, ask the questions nobody asked, and turn messy information into stories that teams and stakeholders can act on.

Today I integrate AI across the full design cycle, from research synthesis to design systems and handoff, so teams move faster without skipping the thinking. I measure success in outcomes: lower cost per lead, fewer drop-offs and better information reaching the people who need it.

Beyond delivering designs, I see myself as a digital coach for my clients. My value proposition is helping them turn technology into a core part of their experience, not an add-on. I want every person, brand or company that works with me to walk away with better UX practices and sharper criteria for making decisions.
